Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

- You received the wrong product.
- Your order was cancelled before dispatch.

- A brief description of the issue, and
- Supporting images or videos (if applicable).
Refund Process
Once your request is received and approved by our support team:
- Your refund will be initiated to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking).
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Opened, used, or tampered products.
- Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
- Delay in delivery due to courier issues beyond our control.
- Change of mind after product delivery.
