However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • Your order was cancelled before dispatch.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@vmskin.xdevelopers.in with:

  • Your order number,

  • A brief description of the issue, and
  • Supporting images or videos (if applicable).

Refund Process

Once your request is received and approved by our support team:

  • Your refund will be initiated to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking).
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.
  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
  • Delay in delivery due to courier issues beyond our control.
  • Change of mind after product delivery.
